Over the years JIADE FORGING has created world-class capacities and capabilities. Our forging facilities consist of 10 advanced forgings press lines ranging from 300T to 2500T.
All forging press lines are highly flexible, which give the company the inherent advantage to simultaneously meet different customer demands and optimize capacity utilization. This allows JIADE FORGING to meet the growing demands of its customers continuously.
Our in-house Heat Treat Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forgings. The facility is capable of most of the required operations for our in house production, and has performed various requirements for specific heat treatment needs of our customer base and specific industries.
